Review:  The food at the All-Star hotels is FAR BELOW average.  Bring your old boxes from Burger King or McDonalds they will taste better than the burgers at the All-Star Hotels.  Eat almost anywhere else.  The All-Star Hotels are the training grounds for Disney interns and new hires.  They don't know the rules, they will cost you time and money.  All 3 of the hotels SHARE a BUS, you will wait sometimes hours to get a ride.  Stay at a Mid-or High hotel or don't go.  Worst Experience I have ever had with Disney.  Would recommend Coronado Spring or Wilderness.   Our first day there we rented a car from Advantage/Eagle - cost us $25 for the day, we ran over to Universal, stopped by Target and picked up Batman soup, water, chips, basic supplies for the week.  Disney Hotels stop serving after mid-night if you have a late flight in - EAT FIRST.

ReviewMy husband and I spent our "late" honeymoon at the All Star Music in 2005 and it was great.  Everything was wonderful - the rooms were nice.  Then we came back in 2007 and brought the kids - stayed at Port Orleans Riverside and it was nothing compared to the All Star Music.  The Riverside had bugs in the beds and was not clean the management was not nice and the maids were rude.  We are planning another family trip in 2008 and will definitely will return to the All Star Music.  It might be cheaper but they give excellent service. All Star Music, you are doing a great job - keep up the good work!

Review:  Just got back from this resort Dec 14-18/05. My sister and I went first time to Disney had a great time. Awesome value for the $ - it was great staying on site. Disney Transit was excellent. We pretty much were only there to sleep/shower and eat breakfast. Had a great time and can't wait to go back! Will stay at this resort again.

Review:  I visited the All Star Music in January 2005. The decor was fun and everything was spotless. The pools were clean and interesting. My only complaint is about some of the staff. When I first arrived the first words out of the luggage people's mouth were "Don't lose the luggage cart or it'll cost you $250.00!" Not hello welcome to Disney but a warning to return the luggage cart. The cleaning people don't even give you a chance to say you are in the room before they try to come in and the power washer people are at it at 7 am. How dirty can the walkway be? But on the plus side I had a great staff member when I needed a  new room key. Their system was down and she had to rebook the whole trip she offered me a spare and they would bring me the new one. I said I'd wait and asked if I could phone my friends (they work in Disney World and live in the commons). No problem -  I was on the phone with my friends the whole time she worked on the new key for me. Her great service made up for the others. I just found that most staff weren't as friendly as they are in the other more expensive hotels. We are going back in August to All Star Music because it is a great price and clean I just don't expect to be treated like royalty as I thought all Disney Staff were to treat everyone.

ReviewMy husband and I stayed at All Star Music for two weeks.  He has a walking disability, and the people at the All Star Music made every effort to accommodate his needs.  I wouldn't stay any other place.  We've been there four times, and were going back again.  Thanks All Star Music.

ReviewMyself and husband stayed at the All-Star Music during our honeymoon and are going back this September.  We didn't want to risk staying somewhere else as we knew what a fantastic time we had there.  The staff was very friendly and helpful and we loved staying on Disney property.  All in all we have no complaints - some people never get to experience the wonderful magic of Disney and this will be our second time.  Can't wait!  See you soon Mickey!!!

Review:  Our party of 10 stayed at All Star Music the first week of Dec. 2003. The quality was better than I thought it would be. The music theme is fun, and the grounds are beautiful considering the price. We had a very limited budget this year, and were at the parks from opening to closing for a 5 day pass.( Our group consisted of 3 children ages 6,3 and 1. Two thirty-somethings, Two 50+ and three single 20's adults.) We were all satisfied with the room and location. We were in Country Fair 5, as far away from everything as one can get but didn't mind the brisk morning walk to the bus everyday. My children enjoyed the view from our room of a wooded area and retention pond, which attracted birds, including herons. We had no problem with sink sharing, although I could see it a potential problem with teens or adults who need to primp. We live in base housing so are used to small space living. This is a great option if guests are planning to spend all their time at the parks and don't mind a "days inn" quality room. Staying at all Stars saves more $ for food and souvenirs. If you don't want a long walk, or plan to utilize Music Hall alot, spend the extra $10 on the Calypso building, or request a closer building. If you don't mind a walk and want a more quiet location consider an end room in Country F. facing the woods. Our TV didn't work the whole time but we never had the chance to complain because we were so busy and caught the news in my brother's room. The beds were not the best quality, but we slept. For some reason My husband and I had an old mattress, the other 5 beds in our party were perfectly fine. The cast member staff was great and prompt with room service. A Little Tip: If you want to save at least $5 on pizza, order in person at music hall and carry it to your room. There is a fee for ordering over the phone and for delivery plus tip. We found this out unintentionally when we decided to get our own pizza. Bus transportation was easy, and on time, but by the last day I was a little concerned for my children's safety with no restraints. Some of the drivers drove really fast. I would much rather stay at All Stars than a similar quality hotel off Disney Property. I would bypass moderate resorts. There really isn't much difference between moderate and economy. For the value I would recommend going with either an economy or a deluxe resort.

Review:  I have stayed at the All-Star Music, All-Star Sports, and later this year in the All-Star Movies.  They are the best way to travel to Disney economically.  The rooms and grounds are wonderfully decorated and clean.  You get all the amenities of Disney hospitality at a great price.  Staying at the All-Star resorts will leave you more money to splurge in the parks and on dinner.

Review:  This was our first time staying at a value resort and I honestly can say that they went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, from extra towels for the pool to delivering several surprise birthday gifts for my daughter. We will most certainly stay here again.

Review:  Any of the THREE All Star resorts are the perfect place to stay if you are into the Motel 6 of Disney.  I have stayed at several Disney resorts and the All Stars are nothing to write home about.  The only good thing about the resort was the price and being on property.  For the same money you can go to the Hilton @ Downtown Disney and get the "on site" perks and get a much nicer room in a much nicer hotel.

Review:  We got an awesome rate here for $59 a night. The staff was very attentive to our needs and the kids loved the larger than life stuff.  The pool was very nice with character statues in the middle shooting water out at the people in the pool (cool).  The rooms were clean and not very large.  We basically used the rooms to sleep after a fun filled day in the parks. I would not recommend the food in the food courts except maybe the pizza (costs too much for what you get).

Review:  My family has visited Disney World many times and we have found that for the money, staying at any of the All Star Resorts is by far the best bet.  The rooms are smaller than the moderate to expensive rooms, but you are not in your rooms for extensive periods of time except for sleeping.  We have stayed at several of the moderate priced resorts also and keep coming back to the All Star Resorts simply for the feeling of a far more family oriented property.  We have also stayed off grounds on occasions but have given that up because of the price at the All Star Resorts.  I would recommend any family coming to Disney for the first time (with a family of 4 or less) to spend the extra money to stay on grounds at any of the All Star resorts versus saving a few dollars to stay off property.  It will be worth the little bit extra you will pay.  Any of the All Star Resorts are highly recommended by this family!!  Our kids are now 16 and 14 and we can't wait to come back to the most magical place on earth.

Review:  Having stayed on and off property, staying on site is the only way to go.  The All-Stars are a terrific way to stay on site and still maintain some some of budget.  The rooms are clean, the service was standard Disney - polite, helpful and overall a step above any other place I've stayed in Orlando.  The All-Stars are not high on amenities, and I wasn't particularly impressed with the food court, but as a convenient place to sleep, change clothes and grab a quick bite when park hopping, the value is terrific.  One quick story - it was my husband's birthday when we went.  We received the autographed photo of Mickey and the Gang, which was a nice touch.  But above and beyond that, when I off-handedly mentioned this to the pizza delivery guy I ran into in the parking lot, not only did we receive a free pizza, but two slices of chocolate birthday cake on the house!

Review:  Our first visit to Disney World was highlighted by our stay at All-Star Music.  For the money, when traveling with kids on a budget, it is hard to beat the value of staying here.  Reasonably priced food court and nice pools made this an excellent choice.

"The All-Star Music Resort was wonderful. Cheap, clean, all of the amenities associated with staying on Disney property as far as transportation and the Disney "feel." The food court was reasonable and the food was awesome." - Lisa

"We stayed in the All Star Resorts (Music). The best place for breakfast is the restaurant in the lobby of the hotel. Excellent food at affordable prices ( like scramble eggs, croissant, etc).  The room was excellent in space if compared to the price." - Sharon
