Review:  We just came back from Disney World with our special need child (wheelchair bond) and we stayed at the All Star Movie Resort.  We were amazed how beautiful the resort was and the rooms are great size.  I do recommend to upgrade to a preferred room.  The food in the food court area is excellent with many choices and I recommend to pick a drink mug as its worth the price (free refills for the entire stay of our trip).  The people are all so helpful and will go out of there way to find out the answer if they do not know it.  If purchasing an item at any of the parks, you can get it sent to the resort.  This way you do not worry about bags all day.  Do take advantage of the pool during the day -  we went to the parks early in the morning and headed back to the resort by 2 then went back out after 5.  This way you get out during the hotest time of the day.  Hope this helps out - please enjoy your stay as our was wonderful!

Review:  I've been to Disney 6 times in the last 10 years (I'm from England).  Of those 6 times, 5 of them I stayed at a WDW resort.  I've stayed twice at this resort (when I went to Disney on my own).  I found it to be a great resort for someone on their own.  People were very friendly and the CM's were great.  You do get stung a bit for the single person supplement but you'd get that at any hotel.   I found this to be great value as I didn't have to hire a car!  All in all, a fabulous stay!

Review:  My wife and I stayed at the All Star Movies. We had a great time the staff was excellent and assisted our every need. We wanted to switch rooms after we were there for about three hours because my wife wanted a bathtub instead of the shower. No Problem! We even checked out two days early due to a medical condition, however checked back in about 30 minutes later because we were able to find the needed medication. Once again, no problem and we got a cheaper rate. Plan to go back in December 2006, Can't Wait!

Review:  I stayed in the All Star Movies about two years ago and I still have a vivid picture in my mind of what it was like. Whilst staying in Disney you don't spend too much time in your hotel but in this particular hotel if you wanted to you could. It was brilliant. The atmosphere on it's own was electrifying but the food, entertainment and overall enjoyment that me and my family got out of it was a memory which will stay with me for a life time. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is a perfect place to relax after a long tiring day out at the parks. See you in nine days Disney!!!!!

Review:  I stayed in the All-Star Movies Resort in September of 2004. I took advantage of an off-season special where they were offering the standard room for $55/night.  Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel is laid out like a motel, with two story buildings arranged around two pools and the main lobby. The pools were clean and open late.  My room was clean and comfortable as well as large enough for my party, but would probably be rather small for four people. The bathroom consisted of a toilet, a drain in the floor, and a shower curtain. Needless to say, the entire bathroom floor would be wet whenever anyone showered.  As a vegetarian, I have always found the Disney properties to be very accommodating. However, I found the food court to be lacking and uncompromising. I had to pay more for a plate of plain spaghetti than for spaghetti and meatballs. I preferred to eat in the parks where I had more variety.  The standard Disney perks were there, such as the shuttle buses, and the majority of the staff was pleasant. It was worth the $55 per night, but I
would not pay the full price if I were to return to this hotel. Having stayed at Coronado Springs during my previous visit, I feel that the moderate priced resorts are a better value, especially for a family that
would be using the hotel for more than just a place to sleep.

ReviewWe went to the movie resort in July 04, and we would go back anytime, the cast members and the whole resort was spot on. We stayed in mighty ducks which was out the way but next to a pool and car park and everything is only a short walk away, very clean place as well. There were only 2 of us and the rooms were more than big enough.

ReviewWe recently visited the parks and had the best time of our lives.  The All-Star Movies was wonderful.  The price of the room was excellent and the pool and food court was great.  If you could not enjoy yourself at the Magic Kingdom, then you do not know how to enjoy life.  Thank you for the memory of a lifetime.

ReviewWe went in August 2003.  We had such a good time we decided to go back for thanksgiving 2004.  We were going to stay in the Caribbean but decided to go back to All-Star Movie Resort.  Service was great and so was the food.  We all loved the Fantasia pool. We stayed in the Fantasia section.  Hope we can get it again but if not I am sure it is all great.

Review:  I recently stayed at the All-Star Movies 8/03. I thought the hotel was wonderful, our room was small but it was cleaned every day. The food at the food court was great. Everyone at the hotel was always helpful. The 2 pools are nice. If you are going to stay at the All-Star Movies ask to stay in the Dalmatian area, this is the closest to Food area and buses.

Review:  Stayed at All Star Sports for 7 days (5 of which it rained).  However, we ran around the parks (which were very fun!) in the rain & made the best of it -until the last day when it was raining so heavily we stayed in.  Checkout time was at 11:00(?) and our shuttle wasn't coming till 1:30.  Requested late checkout but they would only grant me till noon.  Ended up paying 1/2 day fee for staying 1-1/2 hr. Would have been glad to entertain ourselves on the property if not for the weather.  That was just the straw that broke the camel's back after a week of financial rape.  I DEFINITELY won't stay at All Star again & probably won't go back to Disney at all.  Insanely expensive & poor quality (hotel, clothing & food) are a bad combination in my book.

Review:  The space in the room, especially the bathroom is somewhat small, but it was neat and clean.  The service was good and the theme was great!!! For the small price you pay (compared to moderate and deluxe) was great because you get that wonderful benefits of on-site Disney and great Disney service.  We did not encounter any problems.  Our room was located in Fantasia, 1st floor.  Noise wasn't even a problem and it was a short walk to parking and to the food court/lobby.  I plan to stay there again or at one of the other all star resorts.

Review:  The attitude of staff, general cleanliness of the hotel and attention to detail of our room housekeeper were terrific. It was a great experience, staying in the Disney hotel added to our enjoyment of the holiday. Our son, age 5 at the time, loved every moment and was treated like a prince by all Disney personnel! We are coming back in 2002. While the rooms are small and basic in appointment, they are clean and comfortable. The price left us with more to spend on having fun in the parks.

Review:  I came with my high school band and we absolutely loved it.  For large groups this was an excellent choice.  The pool was huge and so was the food court.  I loved the buildings and all the students took tons of pictures of everything.  Thanks for a great stay!!!

Review:  I loved staying at this resort because you get to stay in the heart of the magic, but for a very cheep price. I liked going around and looking at all the 3 story-high characters.

Review:  My fiancé and I stayed at All Star Music in December of 2000. We have stayed at all the moderate resorts, but decided to try an All Star because of the price. For two people, the room was plenty big enough, and the bus service was better than expected. I did feel that the food court was small and did find the food of "Disney quality." Overall, still a great value, and full of Disney fun.

Review:  My family has visited Disney World many times and we have found that for the money, staying at any of the All Star Resorts is by far the best bet.  The rooms are smaller than the moderate to expensive rooms, but you are not in your rooms for extensive periods of time except for sleeping.  We have stayed at several of the moderate priced resorts also and keep coming back to the All Star Resorts simply for the feeling of a far more family oriented property.  We have also stayed off grounds on occasions but have given that up because of the price at the All Star Resorts.  I would recommend any family coming to Disney for the first time (with a family of 4 or less) to spend the extra money to stay on grounds at any of the All Star resorts versus saving a few dollars to stay off property.  It will be worth the little bit extra you will pay.  Any of the All Star Resorts are highly recommended by this family!!  Our kids are now 16 and 14 and we can't wait to come back to the most magical place on earth.

Review:  We were treated super by everyone. We told the clerk at check in it was our honeymoon.  The young man personally brought us a card, with a picture inside signed by Mickey and Minnie congratulating us with balloons attached. Everything was good.

Review:  It was better than expected for a "value" hotel.  The Disney Magic is felt all through the Resorts and cast members.  I will be staying here again.

Review:  Last year we tried the movies because of the Dalmatians and our granddaughters love for them. they were fine except we didn't feel we received the same type of "Disney" treatment that we have at the other resorts. most the cast members were close to rude at times, but I will say our cast member at check in was wonderful :)

Review:  We stayed on-site for the first time in 6/99.  Because of our budget, we opted for the All Star Movie Resort.  It was great!  The rooms are small, but how much time are you going to be spending in your room?  They were clean, functional, and affordable!  Housekeeping was fantastic.  If you needed something, they were there within 10-15 minutes.  The food at the foodcourts were good and affordable.  You will probably have to wait a short time to check-in, but that is a small inconvenience.  The staff at the reservation desks are courteous and will do whatever they can to help you.  All Star Movies Resort gets a thumbs-up from me.

Review: This past summer (6/99) was the first time we had the opportunity to stay within the WDW complex, and did we ever make a good choice!  I did not research this enough, though, and did have to walk quite a ways to get to the food court, transportation, and check-in.  We are going again next year, so I will be more prepared.  The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping service was great.  The rooms were on the small size, but with a little maneuvering, we did just fine.  The food courts were always crowded, but the lines moved fast and the prices were reasonable.  Anyone wanting to stay onsite and looking for an affordable way to do so, stay at the All Star Movies Resort or either of the other two All Star Resorts.

Review: Of course the two All-Star resorts are basically the same.  Just different   themes in the lobby, gift shop and rooms.  They are good, clean comfortable rooms, not very big, but enough room for four people to grab a little sleep and a shower.  The pools are big there.  They have to be, because these are the least expensive of the Disney hotels, they are always crowded.  You need to request a room close to the front of the complex.  The walk to the main pool, food court and the bus stop can be long from the back buildings.

"The All-Star Music Resort was wonderful. Cheap, clean, all of the amenities associated with staying on Disney property as far as transportation and the Disney "feel." The food court was reasonable and the food was awesome." - Lisa

"I really enjoyed my stay at the All-Star Movie Resort. It is HUGE, and there is fun for people of all ages. The best part is.....it's one of the cheapest (money wise) in the park. And boy do you get your money's worth. There are two pools, that are very nice, one themed to fantasia and the other mighty ducks, and there is also a little kiddie pool. Everything is well themed, like always at a Disney resort. There are five themes to the rooms, there are Fantasia, Mighty Ducks, Love Bug, 101 Dalmatians, and Toy Story. All the rooms are decorated with wall paper border and movie posters, to match the theme. The hotel also contains a very nice cafeteria full of GREAT food. I loved the cafeteria. In the lobby there is a cute mini theatre for children to watch old Disney cartoons while their parents are checking in. There is also a great gift shop, and an arcade. If your family or group is short on money I would definitely recommend staying at this resort. I can guarantee a great time." - Heather

"We stayed in the All Star Movie Resort which I think was fabulous.  They were clean and the people were very helpful and the food had a nice selection so we all could sit and eat together by the pool some night and other nights we went up to our hotel rooms with our food so we had the luxuries of home." - Lisa
