Review: The Artist's Point restaurant in the Wilderness Lodge
was very overpriced for the quality of food.
Many of the guide books recommended this restaurant, but I didn't
enjoy it. Also, because of the outdoor patio (closed when we were
there), the only good views of the great outdoors are from the 3-4
tables along the windows on the right as you walk into the
restaurant.

Review: This restaurant menu may scare people at first that
just want a 'nice meal'. The menu is not average. Do not be afraid. My
husband who is a meat and potatoes guy was convinced to try the buffalo
and thought is was great. The menu has buffalo, emu, salmon, etc. The best
part though is the kids meals. While the adults selection is high scale
the kids were still able to order a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for
dinner. Hey it's Disney. They are not stupid! I would suggest this restaurant
for anyone staying off Disney and wanting to have one special meal at
Disney. For the dinner for 4, 2 adults, 2 kids ended up around $80
American / $120 Canadian. Not cheap but well worth it. The Wilderness
lodge is absolutely beautiful as well so get there early to admire the
premises or plan to stay and look around after.
