Room Information:

Studios at the Boardwalk Villas come with one queen sized bed and one double sofa bed. Rooms also include a table and chairs, balcony, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and coffee maker. Studios have 359 square feet of space. One-Bedroom Villas come with a king sized bed and a queen-sized sofa bed. Rooms also include a kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, whirlpool tub, and balcony. One-Bedroom Villas have 712 square feet of space.

Two-Bedroom Villas come with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has a queen sized bed and a double sofa bed. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the main room. Villas also include a kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, and balcony. Two-Bedroom Villas have 1,070 square feet of space.

Grand Villas have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and whirlpool tub. The other two bedrooms have two queen sized beds in each of them. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the main room. Villas also include a kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, and balcony. Grand Villas have 2,142 square feet of space.

Recreation:

Transportation to the five on-property golf courses is complementary. The Boardwalk has a health club (open from 6am-9pm), two pools (one with a slide), arcade, playground, tennis courts, bike rentals, fishing excursions, and different watercraft items for rental. Baby-Sitting:

Baby-sitting is available every night from 4:00pm to 12:00am at the Harbor Club. The price is $10 an hour per child. Call (407) 939-6301 for reservations (which are required).
