ReviewWe enjoyed this extensive buffet early one morning.  Every conceivable breakfast food was available along with a few ethnic dishes.  Our seven year old really enjoyed the "jungle juice" (a blend of pineapple, mango, grapefruit) with his meal.  Eating early lessened the problem with crowds and allowed us to go directly to the safari at the Animal Kingdom.  We will certainly return for this buffet.

Review:  My wife and I stayed at DAK Lodge in May of 2005. Our first night there we ate at Boma. What a great meal. I don't think I have every had food that good in my life. For anyone who is going to eat there for the first time just remember you need to have an open mind and have to be willing to try new foods. I had some type of rice that looked very spicy, but to my surprise when I took the first bite it was sweet and very yummy.

Review:  This was the first restaurant that we ate at because it was at our hotel and it was raining at the time. So we went to the hostess and asked how long a wait would be and she said a half hour to forty-five minutes. Well she was wrong we wait almost three hours to be seated! It was awful because by the time we got seated and finished eating it was to late to go to any of the parks and see the fireworks shows. Also the food wasn't worth the 3 hour wait. The hostesses could have been a little more informative on the wait instead of lying about it and putting other families in front of us even thou we were there before them. In all I did not enjoy the Boma!

Review:  Make sure that you call and get reservations.  We had them and checked in and five minutes later were seated. The staff there was outstanding. They went out of there way to greet and visit with you as you were getting your food.  They would even let you know what was in the various dishes that you were checking out.  A tip from our waitress to try as many items as you can in small amounts then go back for the ones you liked the best was a great idea.  The only problem me was there were so many choices that buy the time I tried most of them I was full.  The food was the best I have ever had.  I will definitely will be be eating there again when I come back.

Review:  Like the previous review about the dinner buffet, the breakfast buffet is best we've experienced anywhere.  It's an excellent value and with the DDE discount even more so.  The choices are almost unlimited from the basic to the exotic.  Even the kids can't wait to go back next time.

Review:  You will not find a better value in all of WDW than Boma's at Animal Kingdom Lodge. It's a buffet, but unlike any you've probably visited before. The dishes have an ethnic flair but rest assured, even those who fear something "different" for dinner will enjoy the flavors here. Everything offered is outstanding, from the tasty soups to the sinful deserts. A dinner at Boma's will definitely be one your best meals during your vacation. Nowhere at WDW can you get such quality for such value. Plus, the kitchen help is extremely friendly and helpful. If you have a question about an ethnic dish, just ask. But the great thing about this place is you can TRY everything. It's a buffet!! If you don't like it, move on. But trust me, you WILL love it!
