One of the quick service restaurants near Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, Catalina Eddie's offers Disney World guests a selection of pizza, salad, or sandwich. You can get a personal pizza with either cheese or pepperoni. A chicken caesar salad is offered, as well as a hot Italian sandwich.
