Review:  Even though the hotel was good, but somebody who had access to all the rooms, had broken into my room and stole my camcorder and digital cameras. Complained to the management and its been 4 days and they say they are still investigating. God knows whether I'll get my stuff back or not, but for sure will never ever check into that hotel again. Such a traumatic experience!!!!

Review:  Our eight night stay at the LaQuinta Lakeside got off to a rocky start.  At check-in the Key pass we were given didn't work and we twice had to walk back to the office to get another.  On the third try a security person was able to let us in.  He found that the security knob was in the lock out position thus not allowing us to use the electronic pass key.  The inroom safe then wouldn't open because the previous occupant had shut the door.  That required another visit from the Motel Security.  Otherwise the room was fairly neat and we had daily maid service (no clean sheets - just made bed) except for the last day of our stay when it was necessary to call housekeeping to have our room made up.  I think for the money we spent we could have done better with a little more investigation.  The "on site" restaurant for breakfast was OK but only for one day.  Food there was in general cold or luke warm except for the "custom" omelet.
