Review:  This restaurant is located at the Coronado Springs resort.  Not only is this resort beautiful but the people are extremely nice.  It did not matter which meal was ordered on the basic dining plan as there is no way that anyone was able to finish their plate (group of seven).  The food was excellent and the service to go along with it.  I recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like to have a great dining experience with good food and the dessert to go along with it.  We plan to go back on our next trip to Disney.

Review:  The Maya Grill is truly an outstanding eating experience. We showed up there at 5:45 pm and practically had the place to ourselves until about 6:30. We split a dinner of filet mignon and the catch of the day, which was Mahi Mahi, and had plenty for both of us. The service was attentive, but the pace was not pushed. It was a wonderful, leisurely dinner.
