Review: We went to the character breakfast. The food was pretty
good (not the best of Disney), the service was
good and they did a fun conga line with the
kids. It was my daughter's birthday and they
came out with a HUGE cupcake and sang to her.
I mentioned it to the woman making the reservations, and she
must have noted it, because I never said anything to the hostess.
That was impressive! The only downfall is that
it is better to go to a character breakfast in
a park. It takes a lot less time out of your day.

Review: Went to a character breakfast at 'Ohana after finding
out that Chef Mickey's did not have any openings for the priority time
that we wanted. We were not disappointed. We were met promptly by our
hostess and were served
with some sort of Hawaiian sweet bread, fruit, and drinks right away.
The
food came out shortly and was very good along with the coffee that was
served (Kona I think) My 3 year old got to meet all of the characters
and
was whisked away by Mickey Mouse to be in the character parade. She got
to
be in the front of the parade holding Mickey's hand. We loved every
minute
of the character breakfast and next time will definitely try the dinner
there because we have heard nothing but killer reviews from other
families that have eaten there.

Review: I was not impressed with the dinner show at Ohanas. We
had early PS around 5:30. I had heard that they have coconut races and
hula hoop races for the kids. I was also told to make sure and sit in
the main dining room to see a "show" at the grill where they are
grilling the skewers.
The food was good, but there was no show at the grill. They did have a
coconut race, but there was no big production or anything really said
about it. They just asked all the kids to come up and told them to get a
broom and coconut and then go at it. Kids were knocking each other
around. My 7 year old and 4 year old went up,(both girls) but the 4 year
old kept getting knocked around, so she didn't really enjoy it. All the
kids got gummy worms or some type of candy for participating, which was
nice. Otherwise, there was no entertainment, just dining.
Now the food was ok, but not spectacular. The shrimp were over cooked to
being rubbery. The steak was good, but didn't care for the sausage.
Overall, it was an ok dinner, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. For
what we got, it was too pricey. We had a much better time at the Hoop-dee-do
review and the food was better.

Review: We had dinner and breakfast.
Dinner was great. Great food and service,
however, breakfast was rushed and not as good. Character Breakfast.

Review: Excellent food. Wonderful servers. Amazing view - make
sure you ask for
a table by the window if there is one available.

Review: We made reservations at the last minute and were surprised to get
them. My husband and I took our three children ages 3,2, and 11 months and
were pleasantly surprised. While the food was good, the price was a little
high for a family of 5 on a tight budget, but the children's expressions were
priceless when the characters came over to see them. We were very pleased
to see Chip and Dale, Minnie and Goofy. All the characters came to our
table and some came over twice. We were not rushed eating our meal
or our time spent with the characters, we were able to take great pictures.
Overall the experience was very good.
