You read that right! The Free Disney Dining Plan offer has returned for Magic Your Way Room and Ticket packages booked between now and September 29th, 2012. The free dining plan is available at select Walt Disney World resorts for guests who check in at the following dates in 2012:
- September 30 – October 4
- October 19 – November 1
- November 9 – November 15
- November 23 – November 29
- December 10 – December 13

While Disney World keeps using 6 nights/7 days as the example for the free Disney Dining Plan, you have a bit more flexibility when planning your vacation. To take advantage of this deal, you must stay a minimum of 3 nights at a Disney World Value, Moderate, Deluxe, or Deluxe Villa Resort. You can stay a maximum of 14 nights. You also must purchase a minimum of 2-Day Disney World park admission ticket for each guest. No other discounts or offers can be applied to your package. The offer excludes campsites, 3-bedroom villas, and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort-Little Mermaid Standard View Rooms.
Disney World offers different levels of dining plans. What dining plan you get depends on what type of resort you stay at.
The Disney Quick Service Dining Plan is offered with Disney Value resorts. It includes 2 Quick Service meals and 1 snack per person per night. You also get a refillable drink mug that is valid for the length of your stay. This dining package is valid for over 50 Disney World dining locations. Here is a list of all of the participating restaurants for the Quick Service Dining Plan.
The Disney Dining Plan is offered with Disney Moderate, Deluxe, or Deluxe Villa resorts. This plan offers Disney World guests 1 Quick Service Meal, 1 Snack, and 1 Table Service Meal per night of their stay, as well as the refillable beverage mug. This dining package is valid for over 100 Disney World dining locations. Here is a list of all of the participating restaurants for the Disney Dining Plan.
If you would like to upgrade from the Quick Service to the Dining Plan or to the Deluxe Dining Plan (which includes 3 table service or counter service meals per day plus two snacks), you will be able to for the price difference of the plan per night.
