Review:  We arrived on Valentines Day 2008 and left the following Tuesday. This is my first time staying at the Pop Century Resort. I have stayed at several other resorts on WDW property before. We have a good time. The beds were not as comfortable as I thought they would have been, but were sufficient for sleeping. All of the staff were extremely helpful, and the restaurant was great. We ate very well every time we ate there and were quite happy. My son especially loves the chocolate croissants. There was always something special waiting on the bed when we got back for the night from the cleaning crew. We items we had bought and left out previously or the animals that were created with the hand towels. Next time we come we are going to move up to the moderately priced resorts, but for a family with younger kids you cannot go wrong with this resort.

Review:  Food Court is better than most at Disney.  Lots of choices for picky kids.  The beds are way small, we stayed in the 1970's and the bath fixtures I hope were supposed to be retro since they looked like they were from the 70's. The worst part was having the opportunity to hear every toilet in my building flush.  ugh.  Good value just bring your ear plugs.

ReviewWe were there September 19-25, 2006 and we had a great time.  Pop is really a great place to stay.  There was only two of us in our 40s and we loved it.  Our room had a king size bed and the bathroom was big and clean and there was a double sink and counter mirror next to the bathroom so we never had to wait to get ready.  We spend a lot of time at Pop and met a lot of nice people just sitting around at night by the main lobby.  The room service was excellent and all the cm's were great.  We will be staying at Pop again our next trip.  The buses were good we never waited more then 5 minutes and the food is good also for a quick fix.

Review:  My husband and I along with his two sisters, a friend and my mother-in-law all stayed here 3/11-3/14.  Resort is nice looking and kept very clean. I was really disappointed in the rooms. VERY small beds, I have seen small doubles, but these were really small (and we are not large people). Along with a tiny bathroom made me feel as if I was not in a Disney run hotel at all. Make sure you bring a hairdryer as there are none in the room, you need to ask for one at the desk to borrow. At least they connected us with adjoining rooms, we never needed to ask for this request! Rooms were not too far from the food court or pools as we stayed in the 70's section of the resort.  Food court food was good, but if you arrive a bit later in the AM your food may be cold. At least there are microwaves to re-heat your meal back up. Busses were a bit slow in succession and get crowded pretty fast.  Otherwise if you are looking to save $$ and stay "at Disney" this is the resort for you. My husband and I are staying at the Coronado Springs Resort this May, as I feel a Moderate Resort will suit a couple without children better.

Review:  I gave Pop Century 5 stars for the value for your dollar.  My first on-property experience was at Port Orleans the year it opened (when it was separate from Dixie Landings). Before then we stayed off property.   I have stayed at all three of the All-Stars on several different trips over the years.  I write this review from a prospective of a family that spends its focus on the parks rather than the accommodations.   We do all E-Nights and all early entries. (can't wait to experience the new system of "Extra Magic Hours").

Our first stay at Pop Century was July 2004.  We currently have reservations for June 2005.  The best perk at Pop Century is the bus service and the location of rooms in relation to the short walk to the buses.  Currently they have a direct service to and from the parks.  No stops in between other than the occasional water park stop (mid day).  The food is good for the price for a quick lunch during an afternoon break or for a snack on your return from the parks.  Save your food money for EPCOT.   The pools are conveniently located and HUGE.  The staff was very courteous, especially at check-in.  (shuuu...  she changed our standard room to a preferred room without the additional charge. lol).  We arrived several hours before the check-in time expecting to check our luggage and go to MK.  However, they had us in our room within 20 minutes.  If you are a park "Junkie", I highly recommend Pop Century.  In my opinion, you don't go to Disney to enjoy a hotel room.  It's to see the excitement on your child's face when they go through the turnstiles, walks under the WDWRR arches and get their first look at that big ole "Blue Castle" at the end of Main Street.....

Review:  Stayed at Pop during Frances.  Had a good time, even though we were trapped in our rooms for about 26 hours.  Hotel gave us plenty of warning, plus extra towels and toiletries to last us a couple of days. The bus service worked out fine, and preferred the dedicated bus as compared to the All Star system. Seemed to be less of a wait that way.  I stayed for 10 days, and I'm going back again in January.  Can't beat the price. Enjoyed the generation gap bridge and feeding the turtles. It was nice to walk around the lake, something the All Stars don't have. Great place if you want a clean place to shower and sleep. Reception desk wasn't as friendly as other resorts, maybe because I checked in around 7am? But I was lucky enough to be in my room by 7:30am, so no complaints!  Food was the usual fare, preferred going to Epcot and experiencing the food choices there. The special TV dinners were fun.

Review:  This was my boyfriend and mine's first trip to Florida together. This hotel was excellent it was not the most expensive hotel, but what you got was far much more for what you paid for.  The staff here was excellent - they were helpful, friendly and would always do 100% to help you while staying at Disney.  The food court was good -- it had a wide choice of food which was good valueThis hotel is fun and magical --  it's split in to 4 different themes which are all silly and fun.  I rate this hotel good for families and first timers.  We are going back this year and are staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort and we hope have as much fun as we did at Pop Centure!!!!!!!!  PS - don't forget your refillable mugs as they are well worth the money.  Have a magical day!
