Review: My husband and I came here with our friends to have
a great time. I would stay here again in a flash! Whispering Cafe was
great and the pool and lobby was breathtaking! We have always came and
stayed at my husbands favorite which was Port Orleans. He has now
changed his mind and loves this Resort the best! I will say all the
resorts we have stayed at I have never had a problem with nor have a
ever been disappointed!!!!!! I am truly a Disney World Resort Fan!!!!!!!

Review: Pure and simple - an awesome place to stay.
The rooms are big and comfy. We had a great view of pool from our
room 6707. The lobby was fun to walk thru and the pool was huge.
The geiser was fun to watch go off. We will stay there again.

Review: This was our first time staying at a Disney World
Resort. This hotel met, but did not exceed my expectations for the
money. There was no hot water one morning. I informed the front desk
and they simply said they would have someone look at it later. Needless
to say, we took tepid showers that morning. One late night upon
returning to our room, I discovered the same dirty sheets on my son's
bed. I knew they had not been changed because he was eating popcorn in
bed the night before and the popcorn was still there. Again, I called
the front desk and they forwarded me to housekeeping where I lodged my
complaint. The next two days, the sheets were clean. Keep in mind,
tips were being left daily. I feel that I shouldn't have to wonder if
the beds are clean or not and if there is hot water to take a shower.

Review: We have been to Disney four years in a row and
have stayed at Wilderness Lodge for three of
those years. We really enjoy this hotel and
love the quick transportation to Magic Kingdom. We feel like we are
home when we walk through the massive doors into the lobby. And
our kids love the bunk beds!

Review: I love Wilderness Lodge. I've have been a visitor
to Disney every year for 12 years. 4 out of the 12 times visiting I
have stayed at the Wilderness Lodge. It was a great experience for my
parents and brothers an sisters. I would suggest staying here. Once you
stay on Disney campus, you never stay off.

Review: We were at this resort in September 2004. It was
absolutely fantastic. Great rooms,
fabulous views, great transportation (loved getting the boat
to the MK)! The only thing we didn't like was the restaurant
(not the bar) as you couldn't have a quiet
meal! But great for kids! We were there
unfortunately when Hurricane Jeanne hit Florida and all I can say about
Disney and the Cast Members is that they were absolutely
fantastic during this time! 10 out of 10!
Would stay there again if there were no other
choices but haven't stayed at all the resorts yet! Polynesian this year
and it has a lot to live up to expectation wise!

Review: We loved the Wilderness Lodge! We had booked a
standard view room for our trip in early March of '04. When we arrived, I
just took a chance and asked the clerk if there was anything available
with a courtyard view. There was, and we were upgraded at no additional
cost! (That was a savings of around $50 a night!) The view was
unbelievable! From our balcony we had views of the pool, waterfall, lake
and even the nightly fireworks from the Magic Kingdom!
PRICELESS! The food at The Whispering Canyon Cafe was incredible.
The restaurant is mannered after the 50's Primetime restaurant at MGM,
only a "frontier" theme (be prepared to be "picked-on"). The counter
service restaurant was small, but the food quality was excellent. The
Trout Pool Bar is also very nice. Unfortunately, with 3 kids we didn't try
out Artisan point, but have heard great reviews. Overall, Disney's
Wilderness Lodge is one of our all time favorite resorts!

Review: When you walk into to lobby, you think, WOW!!! It
is the most beautiful resort we have been to so far in Disney (stayed at
Beach Club, Dixie Landings & Fort Wilderness). I
have two boys ages 3-6, they loved it. The pool is great with two big
Jacuzzi's (one is warm for kids, the other hot for adults).
My kids loved sitting in the
Jacuzzi and watching the geyser spray out water on the hour. The kiddie
pool was also very nice. We ate a Whispering Canyon, that was fantastic,
the food was good and the service excellent, if you go ask for ketchup!!!
Our woodsview room (6016) had a view of Cinderella's Castle and you could
see the fireworks at night from our balcony.
Every night they had the electric water parade we could watch from beach,
the kids loved. The rooms were a good size. The only improvement they
need is another restaurant. They have a cafeteria, an upscale restaurant
and Whispering Canyon (dinner show, sort of). Also,
rent the bikes and ride to the campground to see the petting zoo, it was
nice. We will be back again!

Review: We were disappointed in this resort. Although it
is very pretty and the staff is friendly, we feel that it isn't as nice as
some of the other resorts we have stayed in. I feel that this resort
should be classified as a moderate resort at a moderate price. I will not
be recommending this hotel to any of my friends or family. I enjoyed the
Contemporary last year much more than the Lodge. We also liked Port
Orleans Riverside (a moderate resort) better than the Lodge.

Review: The Wilderness Resort was a wonderful experience
for our family of four. When we arrived we were impressed with the beauty
of all the Christmas decorations in the lobby including the huge decorated
tree with all trimings. We were close to the bus stop, boat, store, food,
and cruise information. We will definitely be a come back.

Review: The Wilderness Lodge was the best hotel I have
ever been to. It was obvious that something this wonderful could

Review: A great hotel that gives you the feeling that you really are in the
North West. I have no regrets of spending my vacation in this hotel, however on
my next stay I plan to choose an All Star hotel. It is still on site and much
more affordable for me and if you have children (and I do) all you really use
the hotel for is to sleep.
